TVXQ's members, Yoochun, Junsu, and Changmin announced, they've already had a first kiss after debut!

Shim Changmin said, he had a first kiss with his girlfriend after his debut. He went out with friends on that day. While his girlfriend was washing dishes, he was paring the fruits. And after she finished doing dished, they kissed.

Kim Junsu also said, he had his first kiss when he was 20. Because of his fame, he could meet his girlfriend just 3 days from 100 days. She came to his house with a cake. Then, they went out together, and kissed at the parking lot stairs. He cried after that because he couldn't do anything for her.

Next is Park Yoochun, he said, that day he went out with friends. And when all left him with a girl which wasn't his girlfriend yet, he said to her "if our lips touch, I'll know you're my girl". Then, they kissed.

They're working with many beautiful celebrities. So they want the ordinary girls to be their girlfriends.

These stories will be told in Nolruwa TV Talk Show, which will on-air in this coming up week.

Man! I'm done with my first semester's internship. Yesterday was a surprise. We made five Nursing Care Plan for one patient.. Darn! I thought she'll not let us do Nursing Care Plan. Now, I'm not sure if it's right or wrong. In addition, it's our exam for her evaluation in that area. I wonder what will be my grade. Darn it!!I'd rather have one on one drug study to her than to do NCP.

I almost memorize the three drugs she asked us which are: Cefuroxime which is a second generation Cephalosporin.It's an antibacterial that works more on Gram negative bacteria and the staining is crystal violet.

Ipratropium which is an anticholinergics that blocks acetylcholine in smooth muscle constriction and excessive production of mucus in the bronchi. Now I know why there's a positive sign for rales.

Paracetamol!! haha! Loved by all, a non-opioid analgesic. It blocks the synthesis of prostaglandin in transmitting pain stimulus to the central nervous system then to the peripheral nervous system down to the brain stem to sensitize pain and for fever, it has a central action in the hypothalamus.Hypothalamus is the organ responsible for thermoregulation!!

Time flies fast. And it's true. I almost forgot opening this and when was the last time I lasted for hours in front of the computer? I'm quite exhausted. I don't know what to do first. Is it to read, to write, to research or what? I guess this is what the real college life means. No social life at all but instead reading the books which are endless.

I miss what? I miss my online life. I have so many things I want to say but when?

I guess life is unfair. Sometimes there's a good news that you feel that you're the luckiest/happiest person but sometimes, you feel that you're in the purgatory. Between heaven and hell listening to the tick of clock not knowing what will happen. Waiting for the judgemental moment whether to continue or not.

Netizens are already making accusations that the two are hooking up secretly, due to a slight touch of the hand.

Rabid fan girls and crazy fan boys all over the world, are distraught with the slightest thought of this couple in development.

It's not unnatural to be sleeping with each other, especially when there's easy access to a bunch of good looking girls. Regardless, netizens as usual, are making a big deal out of nothing. We can still derive two things out of this story though:

1. It doesn't matter which continent you are on, crazy Korean fan girls are everywhere, like a bunch of cockroaches who need RAID.
2. If they are really hooking up, Xiah has terrible taste, at least go for the hotter ones, like Yuri or Jessica - unless his goal is to produce some super singing baby to enslave under SM Entertainment.

Phew, after how many years, I updated my blog. But this doesn't means that I'm totally back. Mianhaeyo!!! I still have to update my cyworld after my absence of how many months and I'm totally active at winglin forum. I still have lots of work to do. Aside from the school works, I am going to organize the Winglin Awards. Yes, I will do it. Aja~ Aja~ Aja~ Hwaiting!! I still need to update my fiction! haha!! That's the most important thing to do after the summer class. I hope I'll pass.

Aside from that, my feelings were fighting because I'll not able to be a member of the CassPh. I'm so late!!! Geez! I hate myself. totally. I was not reading my emails throughout the 5 weeks and now, I want to cry. waaah!!! I hope there's a consideration. waaah! I rally want to join!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gawd!! My arms!!! waah!!! They hurts sop bad!!! I had a return demo yesterday for IM and Sub Q and we injected 0.3 - 0.5 ml of distilled water which is mabigat. wah! I hurts until now. I need to write some lyrics pa!! My bad! I didn't follow the instruction of the instructor that we should have a warm compress so that our arms will not swell. And now, what happened? It hurts so bad!!

AN ACT PROVIDING FOR A MORE RESPONSIVE NURSING PROFESSION, REPEALING FOR THE PURPOSE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7164, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "THE PHILIPPINE NURSING ACT OF 1991" AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

ARTICLE I

Title

Section 1. Title. â€” This Act shall be known as the "Philippine Nursing Act of 2002."

ARTICLE II
Declaration of Policy

Sec. 2. Declaration of Policy. â€” It is hereby declared the policy of the State to assume responsibility for the protection and improvement of the nursing profession by instituting measures that will result in relevant nursing education, humane working conditions, better career prospects and a dignified existence for our nurses.

The State hereby guarantees the delivery of quality basic health services through an adequate nursing personnel system throughout the country.

ARTICLE III
Organization of the Board of Nursing

Sec. 3. Creation and Composition of the Board. â€” There shall be created a Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing, hereinafter referred to as the Board, to be composed of a Chairperson and six (6) members. They shall be appointed by the President of the Republic of the Philippines from among two (2) recommendees, per vacancy, of the Professional Regulation Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, chosen and ranked from a list of three (3) nominees, per vacancy, of the accredited professional organization of nurses in the Philippines who possess the qualifications prescribed in Sec. 4 of this Act.

Sec. 4. Qualifications of the Chairperson and Members of the Board. â€” The Chairperson and Members of the Board shall, at the time of their appointment, possess the following qualifications:

(a) Be a natural born citizen and resident of the Philippines;

(b) Be a member of good standing of the accredited professional organization of nurses;

(c) Be a registered nurse and holder of a master's degree in nursing, education or other allied medical profession conferred by a college or university duly recognized by the Government: Provided, That the majority of the Members of the Board shall be holders of a master's degree in nursing: Provided, further, That the Chairperson shall be a holder of a master's degree in nursing;

(d) Have at least ten (10) years of continuous practice of the profession prior to appointment: Provided, however, That the last five (5) years of which shall be in the Philippines; and

(e) Not have been convicted of any offense involving moral turpitude;

Provided, That the membership to the Board shall represent the three (3) areas of nursing, namely: nursing education, nursing service and community health nursing.

Sec. 5. Requirements Upon Qualification as Member of the Board of Nursing. â€” Any person appointed as Chairperson or Member of the Board shall immediately resign from any teaching position in any school, college, university or institution offering Bachelor of Science in Nursing and/or review program for the local nursing board examinations or in any office or employment in the government or any subdivision, agency or instrumentality thereof, including government-owned or controlled corporations or their subsidiaries as well as those employed in the private sector. He/she shall not have any pecuniary interest in or administrative supervision over any institution offering Bachelor of Science in Nursing including review classes.

Sec. 6. Term of Office. â€” The Chairperson and Members of the Board shall hold office for a term of three (3) years and until their successors shall have been appointed and qualified: Provided, That the Chairperson and Members of the Board may be reappointed for another term.

Any vacancy in the Board occurring within the term of a Member shall be filled for the unexpired portion of the term only. Each Member of the Board shall take the proper oath of office prior to the performance of his/her duties.

The incumbent Chairperson and Members of the Board shall continue to serve for the remainder of their term under Republic Act No. 7164 until their replacements have been appointed by the President and shall have been duly qualified.

Sec. 7. Compensation of Board Members. â€” The Chairperson and Members of the Board shall receive compensation and allowances comparable to the compensation and allowances received by the Chairperson and members of other professional regulatory boards.

Sec. 8. Administrative Supervision of the Board, Custodian of its Records, Secretariat and Support Services. â€” The Board shall be under the administrative supervision of the Commission. All records of the Board, including applications for examinations, administrative and other investigative cases conducted by the Board shall be under the custody of the Commission. The Commission shall designate the Secretary of the Board and shall provide the secretariat and other support services to implement the provisions of this Act.

Sec. 9. Powers and Duties of the Board. â€” The Board shall supervise and regulate the practice of the nursing profession and shall have the following powers, duties and functions:

(a) Conduct the licensure examination for nurses;

(b) Issue, suspend or revoke certificates of registration for the practice of nursing;

(c) Monitor and enforce quality standards of nursing practice in the Philippines and exercise the powers necessary to ensure the maintenance of efficient, ethical and technical, moral and professional standards in the practice of nursing taking into account the health needs of the nation;

(d) Ensure quality nursing education by examining the prescribed facilities of universities or colleges of nursing or departments of nursing education and those seeking permission to open nursing courses to ensure that standards of nursing education are properly complied with and maintained at all times. The authority to open and close colleges of nursing and/or nursing education programs shall be vested on the Commission on Higher Education upon the written recommendation of the Board;

(e) Conduct hearings and investigations to resolve complaints against nurse practitioners for unethical and unprofessional conduct and violations of this Act, or its rules and regulations and in connection therewith, issue subpoena ad testificandum and subpoena duces tecum to secure the appearance of respondents, and witnesses and the production of documents and punish with contempt persons obstructing, impeding and/or otherwise interfering with the conduct of such proceedings, upon application with the court;

(f) Promulgate a Code of Ethics in coordination and consultation with the accredited professional organization of nurses within one (1) year from the effectivity of this Act;

(g) Recognize nursing specialty organizations in coordination with the accredited professional organization; and

(h) Prescribe, adopt, issue and promulgate guidelines, regulations, measures and decisions as may be necessary for the improvement of the nursing practice, advancement of the profession and for the proper and full enforcement of this Act subject to the review and approval by the Commission.

Sec. 10. Annual Report. â€” The Board shall at the close of its calendar year submit an annual report to the President of the Philippines through the Commission giving a detailed account of its proceedings and the accomplishments during the year and making recommendations for the adoption of measures that will upgrade and improve the conditions affecting the practice of the nursing profession.

Sec. 11. Removal or Suspension of Board Members. â€” The President may remove or suspend any member of the Board after having been given the opportunity to defend himself/herself in a proper administrative investigation, on the following grounds:

(a) Continued neglect of duty or incompetence;

(b) Commission or toleration of irregularities in the licensure examination; and

(c) Unprofessional, immoral or dishonorable conduct.

ARTICLE IV
Examination and Registration

Sec. 12. Licensure Examination. â€” All applicants for license to practice nursing shall be required to pass a written examination, which shall be given by the Board in such places and dates as may be designated by the Commission: Provided, That it shall be in accordance with Republic Act No. 8981, otherwise known as the "PRC Modernization Act of 2000."

Sec. 13. Qualifications for Admission to the Licensure Examination. â€” In order to be admitted to the examination for nurses, an applicant must, at the time of filing his/her application, establish to the satisfaction of the Board that:

(a) He/she is a citizen of the Philippines, or a citizen or subject of a country which permits Filipino nurses to practice within its territorial limits on the same basis as the subject or citizen of such country: Provided, That the requirements for the registration or licensing of nurses in said country are substantially the same as those prescribed in this Act;

(b) He/she is of good moral character; and

(c) He/she is a holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a college or university that complies with the standards of nursing education duly recognized by the proper government agency.

Sec. 14. Scope of Examination. â€” The scope of the examination for the practice of nursing in the Philippines shall be determined by the Board. The Board shall take into consideration the objectives of the nursing curriculum, the broad areas of nursing, and other related disciplines and competencies in determining the subjects of examinations.

Sec. 15. Ratings. â€” In order to pass the examination, an examinee must obtain a general average of at least seventy-five percent (75%) with a rating of not below sixty percent (60%) in any subject. An examinee who obtains an average rating of seventy-five percent (75%) or higher but gets a rating below sixty percent (60%) in any subject must take the examination again but only in the subject or subjects where he/she is rated below sixty percent (60%). In order to pass the succeeding examination, an examinee must obtain a rating of at least seventy-five percent (75%) in the subject or subjects repeated.

Sec. 16. Oath. â€” All successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of profession before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.

Sec. 17. Issuance of Certificate of Registration/Professional License and Professional Identification Card. â€” A certificate of registration/professional license as a nurse shall be issued to an applicant who passes the examination upon payment of the prescribed fees. Every certificate of registration/professional license shall show the full name of the registrant, the serial number, the signature of the Chairperson of the Commission and of the Members of the Board, and the official seal of the Commission.

A professional identification card, duly signed by the Chairperson of the Commission, bearing the date of registration, license number, and the date of issuance and expiration thereof shall likewise be issued to every registrant upon payment of the required fees.

Sec. 18. Fees for Examination and Registration. â€” Applicants for licensure and for registration shall pay the prescribed fees set by Commission.

Sec. 19. Automatic Registration of Nurses. â€” All nurses whose names appear at the roster of nurses shall be automatically or ipso facto registered as nurses under this Act upon its effectivity.

Sec. 20. Registration by Reciprocity. â€” A certificate of registration/professional license may be issued without examination to nurses registered under the laws of a foreign state or country: Provided, That the requirements for registration or licensing of nurses in said country are substantially the same as those prescribed under this Act: Provided, further, That the laws of such state or country grant the same privileges to registered nurses of the Philippines on the same basis as the subjects or citizens of such foreign state or country.

Sec. 21. Practice Through Special/Temporary Permit. â€” A special/temporary permit may be issued by the Board to the following persons subject to the approval of the Commission and upon payment of the prescribed fees:

(a) Licensed nurses from foreign countries/states whose service are either for a fee or free if they are internationally well-known specialists or outstanding experts in any branch or specialty of nursing;

(b) Licensed nurses from foreign countries/states on medical mission whose services shall be free in a particular hospital, center or clinic; and

(c) Licensed nurses from foreign countries/states employed by schools/colleges of nursing as exchange professors in a branch or specialty of nursing;

Provided, however, That the special/temporary permit shall be effective only for the duration of the project, medical mission or employment contract.

Sec. 22. Non-registration and Non-issuance of Certificates of Registration/Professional License or Special/Temporary Permit. â€” No person convicted by final judgment of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude or any person guilty of immoral or dishonorable conduct or any person declared by the court to be of unsound mind shall be registered and be issued a certificate of registration/professional license or a special/temporary permit.

The Board shall furnish the applicant a written statement setting forth the reasons for its actions, which shall be incorporated in the records of the Board.

Sec. 23. Revocation and Suspension of Certificate of Registration/Professional License and Cancellation of Special/Temporary Permit. â€” The Board shall have the power to revoke or suspend the certificate of registration/professional license or cancel the special/temporary permit of a nurse upon any of the following grounds:

(a) For any of the causes mentioned in the preceding Sec.;

(b) For unprofessional and unethical conduct;

(c) For gross incompetence or serious ignorance;

(d) For malpractice or negligence in the practice of nursing;

(e) For the use of fraud, deceit, or false statements in obtaining a certificate of registration/professional license or a temporary/special permit;

(f) For violation of this Act, the rules and regulations, Code of Ethics for nurses and technical standards for nursing practice, policies of the Board and the Commission, or the conditions and limitations for the issuance of the temporary/special permit; or

(g) For practicing his/her profession during his/her suspension from such practice;

Provided, however, That the suspension of the certificate of registration/professional license shall be for a period not to exceed four (4) years.

Sec. 24. Re-issuance of Revoked Certificates and Replacement of Lost Certificates. â€” The Board may, after the expiration of a maximum of four (4) years from the date of revocation of a certificate, for reasons of equity and justice and when the cause for revocation has disappeared or has been cured and corrected, upon proper application therefor and the payment of the required fees, issue another copy of the certificate of registration/professional license.

A new certificate of registration/professional license to replace the certificate that has been lost, destroyed or mutilated may be issued, subject to the rules of the Board.

ARTICLE V
Nursing Education

Sec. 25. Nursing Education Program. â€” The nursing education program shall provide sound general and professional foundation for the practice of nursing.

The learning experiences shall adhere strictly to specific requirements embodied in the prescribed curriculum as promulgated by the Commission on Higher Education's policies and standards of nursing education.

Sec. 26. Requirement for Inactive Nurses Returning to Practice. â€” Nurses who have not actively practiced the profession for five (5) consecutive years are required to undergo one (1) month of didactic training and three (3) months of practicum. The Board shall accredit hospitals to conduct the said training program.

Sec. 27. Qualifications of the Faculty. â€” A member of the faculty in a college of nursing teaching professional courses must:

(a) Be a registered nurse in the Philippines;

(b) Have at least one (1) year of clinical practice in a field of specialization;

(c) Be a member of good standing in the accredited professional organization of nurses; and

(d) Be a holder of a master's degree in nursing, education, or other allied medical and health sciences conferred by a college or university duly recognized by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.

In addition to the aforementioned qualifications, the dean of a college must have a master's degree in nursing. He/she must have at least five (5) years of experience in nursing.

ARTICLE VI
Nursing Practice

Sec. 28. Scope of Nursing. â€” A person shall be deemed to be practicing nursing within the meaning of this Act when he/she singly or in collaboration with another, initiates and performs nursing services to individuals, families and communities in any health care setting. It includes, but not limited to, nursing care during conception, labor, delivery, infancy, childhood, toddler, pre-school, school age, adolescence, adulthood and old age. As independent practitioners, nurses are primarily responsible for the promotion of health and prevention of illness. As members of the health team, nurses shall collaborate with other health care providers for the curative, preventive, and rehabilitative aspects of care, restoration of health, alleviation of suffering, and when recovery is not possible, towards a peaceful death. It shall be the duty of the nurse to:

(a) Provide nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Nursing care includes, but not limited to, traditional and innovative approaches, therapeutic use of self, executing health care techniques and procedures, essential primary health care, comfort measures, health teachings, and administration of written prescription for treatment, therapies, oral, topical and parenteral medications, internal examination during labor in the absence of antenatal bleeding and delivery. In case of suturing of peroneal laceration, special training shall be provided according to protocol established;

(b) Establish linkages with community resources and coordination with the health team;

(c) Provide health education to individuals, families and communities;

(d) Teach, guide and supervise students in nursing education programs including the administration of nursing services in varied settings such as hospitals and clinics; undertake consultation services; engage in such activities that require the utilization of knowledge and decision-making skills of a registered nurse; and

(e) Undertake nursing and health human resource development training and research, which shall include, but not limited to, the development of advance nursing practice;

Provided, That this Sec. shall not apply to nursing students who perform nursing functions under the direct supervision of a qualified faculty: Provided, further, That in the practice of nursing in all settings, the nurse is duty-bound to observe the Code of Ethics for nurses and uphold the standards of safe nursing practice. The nurse is required to maintain competence by continual learning through continuing professional education to be provided by the accredited professional organization or any recognized professional nursing organization: Provided, finally, That the program and activity for the continuing professional education shall be submitted to and approved by the Board.

Sec. 29. Qualifications of Nursing Service Administrators. â€” A person occupying supervisory or managerial positions requiring knowledge of nursing must:

(a) Be a registered nurse in the Philippines;

(b) Have at least two (2) years experience in general nursing service administration;

(c) Possess a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with at least nine (9) units in management and administration courses at the graduate level; and

(d) Be a member of good standing of the accredited professional organization of nurses;

Provided, That a person occupying the position of chief nurse or director of nursing service shall, in addition to the foregoing qualifications, possess:

(1) At least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position in nursing; and

(2) A master's degree major in nursing;

Provided, further, That for primary hospitals, the maximum academic qualifications and experiences for a chief nurse shall be as specified in subSec.s (a), (b), and (c) of this Sec.: Provided, furthermore, That for chief nurses in the public health agencies, those who have a master's degree in public health/community health nursing shall be given priority. Provided, even further, That for chief nurses in military hospitals, priority shall be given to those who have finished a master's degree in nursing and the completion of the General Staff Course (GSC): Provided, finally, That those occupying such positions before the effectivity of this Act shall be given a period of five (5) years within which to qualify.

ARTICLE VII
Health Human Resource Production, Utilization and Development

Sec. 30. Studies for Nursing Manpower Needs, Production, Utilization and Development. â€” The Board, in coordination with the accredited professional organization and appropriate government or private agencies shall initiate, undertake and conduct studies on health human resource production, utilization and development.

Sec. 31. Comprehensive Nursing Specialty Program. â€” Within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act, the Board in coordination with the accredited professional organization, recognized specialty organizations and the Department of Health is hereby mandated to formulate and develop a comprehensive nursing specialty program that would upgrade the level of skill and competence of specialty nurse clinicians in the country, such as but not limited to the areas of critical care, oncology, renal and such other areas as may be determined by the Board.

The beneficiaries of this program are obliged to serve in any Philippine hospital for a period of at least two (2) years of continuous service.

Sec. 32. Salary. â€” In order to enhance the general welfare, commitment to service and professionalism of nurses, the minimum base pay of nurses working in the public health institutions shall not be lower than salary grade 15 prescribed under Republic Act No. 6758, otherwise known as the "Compensation and Classification Act of 1989": Provided, That for nurses working in local government units, adjustments to their salaries shall be in accordance with Sec. 10 of the said law.

Sec. 33. Funding for the Comprehensive Nursing Specialty Program. â€” The annual financial requirement needed to train at least ten percent (10%) of the nursing staff of the participating government hospital shall be chargeable against the income of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which shall equally share in the costs and shall be released to the Department of Health subject to accounting and auditing procedures: Provided, That the Department of Health shall set the criteria for the availment of this program.

Sec. 34. Incentives and Benefits. â€” The Board of Nursing, in coordination with the Department of Health and other concerned government agencies, association of hospitals and the accredited professional organization shall establish an incentive and benefit system in the form of free hospital care for nurses and their dependents, scholarship grants and other non-cash benefits. The government and private hospitals are hereby mandated to maintain the standard nurse-patient ratio set by the Department of Health.

ARTICLE VIII
Penal and Miscellaneous Provisions

Sec. 35. Prohibitions in the Practice of Nursing. â€” A fine of not less than Fifty thousand pesos (P50,000,00) nor more than One hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) or imprisonment of not less than one (1) year nor more than six (6) years, or both, upon the discretion of the court, shall be imposed upon:

(a) any person practicing nursing in the Philippines within the meaning of this Act:

(1) without a certificate of registration/professional license and professional identification card or special temporary permit or without having been declared exempt from examination in accordance with the provision of this Act; or

(2) who uses as his/her own certificates of registration/professional license and professional identification card or special temporary permit of another; or

(3) who uses an invalid certificate of registration/professional license, a suspended or revoked certificate of registration/professional license, or an expired or cancelled special/temporary permit; or

(4) who gives any false evidence to the Board in order to obtain a certificate of registration/professional license, a professional identification card or special permit; or

(5) who falsely poses or advertises as a registered and licensed nurse or uses any other means that tend to convey the impression that he/she is a registered and licensed nurse; or

(6) who appends B.S.N./R.N. (Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Registered Nurse) or any similar appendage to his/her name without having been conferred said degree or registration; or

(7) who, as a registered and licensed nurse, abets or assists the illegal practice of a person who is not lawfully qualified to practice nursing.

(b) any person or the chief executive officer of a juridical entity who undertakes in-service educational programs or who conducts review classes for both local and foreign examination without permit/clearance from the Board and the Commission; or

(c) any person or employer of nurses who violate the minimum base pay of nurses and the incentives and benefits that should be accorded them as specified in Sec.s 32 and 34; or

(d) any person or the chief executive officer of a juridical entity violating any provision of this Act and its rules and regulations.

ARTICLE IX
Final Provisions

Sec. 36. Enforcement of this Act. â€” It shall be the primary duty of the Commission and the Board to effectively implement this Act. Any duly law enforcement agencies and officers of national, provincial, city or municipal governments shall, upon the call or request of the Commission or the Board, render assistance in enforcing the provisions of this Act and to prosecute any persons violating the same.

Sec. 37. Appropriations. â€” The Chairperson of the Professional Regulation Commission shall immediately include in its program and issue such rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act, the funding of which shall be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.

Sec. 38. Rules and Regulations. â€” Within ninety (90) days after the effectivity of this Act, the Board and the Commission, in coordination with the accredited professional organization, the Department of Health, the Department of Budget and Management and other concerned government agencies, shall formulate such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. The implementing rules and regulations shall be published in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.

Sec. 39. Separability Clause. â€” If any part of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts not affected thereby shall continue to be valid and operational.

Sec. 40. Repealing Clause. â€” Republic Act No. 7164, otherwise known as the "Philippine Nursing Act of 1991" is hereby repealed. All other laws, decrees, orders, circulars, issuances, rules and regulations and parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed; amended or modified accordingly.

Sec. 41. Effectivity. â€” This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days upon its publication in the Official Gazette or in any two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.

TVXQ is one of the hottest idol groups in Korea and gratefully accepted our invitation to perform at the Bowl. They are returning to the United States in 4 years after their debut appearance at the Bowl in 2004. Hope you give them a warm, friendly welcome back.

Choi and Jung are another fine additions for older generation. They were extremely popular in the 70's and 80's. It will be their first appearance to the bowl, and surely will make our lineup more mature and balanced.

We will release the final list on Tuesday, April 1. I think that will be our final announcement. Thank you.

I took care of my aunt who underwent an operation and I stayed awake for 22 hours! Promise!! The next day, I was getting ready to go to school at the hospital when the doctor came in with a nurse. They thought I was a nurse because I was already on my uniform but it's ok. They locked the door that time then somebody knocked. It's a nurse. So I opened it. I didn't open it wide to.... (the most famous line) PROVIDE PRIVACY. She was about to take my aunt blood pressure. Then she asked if I'l be the one to take. Guess what I did? I was totally speechless and surprised!!! I almost freak out! haha I really don't know what to say. Speechless nga ea. I made a *what the heck are you talking about* face. Then I opened the door a little bit wide. She realized that I'm still a student. haha!!

OMG! I missed my bed so much! haha! I was not at home for 3 nights and four days. I went home just to fix my things and take a bath. Ang saya! But Until now, I'm still tired and sleepy. I only had an ample time of sleep. Especially lat Tuesday, I almost sleep at my RLE. hehe. Buti na lang nasa mood si mam and magaling akong magtago. I wasn't able to listen to her much. I was so sleepy. Funny, I was seating 2nd in front when my eyes are closing. I really fell asleep for a few seconds. May eyes are so heavy. Then after that, I decided to have another over night just to finish our exhibit the next day. Grabe, it's so exhausting. But we had a "successful" exhibit naman so it's ok.

The Wonder Girls are in New York City - on February 16, 2008, the girls boarded a flight to NYC's JFK International Airport.

The girls will be filming their MTV-K series "Wonder Girls Season 3," as well as the music video for "Wishing on a Star," in New York City. In addition, they will also be performing at The JYP Tour concerts throughout the major US cities.

The Wonder Girls have promised that their MTV-K series will be a non-glorified, down to earth look into their experiences in New York City. The Girls also have plans to visit the Times Square MTV New York studio, as it is a world landmark for music.

Aside from them, The Grace will also attend and The Melody (ung kumanta ng LaLaLa It's Love). The reason why The Melody will come because Coffee prince became phenomenal here in the Philippines. And there's also a special Korean guest. It's Se7en! I'm not yet sure because it's a secret daw!! There are more!!! Most of the artists that will come are from SM Entertainment. whew! Good thing TVXQ is not there and also BoA.

Wow, make up your damn minds will ya? DBSK or TVXQ would've been fine but they had to come up with all these stupid variations. We know about the country variations, TVXQ in China, Tohoshinki in Japan, but why not just stick to one name? You don't see Hyori using another name, such as the Japanese word for slut in Japan, do you? "Look at us guys, we're so unique! We have special names depending on the country!" Well Guys, we're sorry to break it to you, in America we would call you DBSK. But here's the catch, the acronym wouldn't stand for 'Dong Bang Shin Ki' instead you'd be known as the 'Douche Bag Stupid Koreans'.

3. F.T. Island, aka Five Treasures Island

ARRRRR... 'Five Treasure Island', these fruitcakes should take their gay treasure seeking asses and head on over to Michael Jackson's fantasy world, "Neverland," where they can throw a pre-pubescent bash and MJ can ~~sexually molest them all~~ play with their treasures.

2. SG Wannabe, aka Simon and Garfunkel Wannabe

What happens when one party looks like a retard and the other one is straight up mentally retarded? With these powers combined, there's only one outcome, the creation of Rain. Rain in Korean is Bi, only a true pea-brain would agree to this catastrophe.

It's honestly hard to take this artist seriously, not only does he have a name like Bi, his super chinky eyes doesn't really help the cause. But the disaster doesn't end there, Rain had the opportunity to change his name during his U.S. debut plans when he ran into a little bit of legal trouble.

Rain Corporation is a music company located in Nevada, Las Vegas, that also manages a band called Rain (stupidity knows no bounds), when they found out about KPOP's Rain, they asked him to change his name. As you can see nothing ever happened. It was the perfect opportunity for this bi-sexual to redeem himself, but on second thought, it's a good thing he kept the name, it's a perfect fit! BoA's dream-- Studying abroad and debuting in America

"I do not feel as happy doing what I am doing now. To put it more exaggeratedly, I think I might have lost myself, my sense of belonging, in the midst of working."

These words let slipped by BoA, who has been active as a front runner in the entertainment scene, were both shocking and surprising to the people around her. Debuting in 2001
when she was only merely 14 years old, she was still a young girl who held a childish and innocenet look to her. Yet in the years to come, she has successfully released hits like 'Listen to my heart', 'Valenti' and
her albums have all managed to break the million sales mark. She has been in the entertainment showbiz for 7 years, and is now 21 years of age. Now, what prompted BoA who has transformed from a young teenager to
a mature lady, to say those words?

"It was probably after the release of my compilation album (Best Of Soul), that I began to lose my aim in life. I guess in a way, it was having to work constantly with no breather in between
each moment, that made me feel that way. From time to time, I will think back and reflect, whether I am being too contented with what I have now. Honestly, I always wonder what will happen to me
if I were to give up singing one day, but because singing has been my life, the thought of it is enough to just jolt me back to my senses that I need to go on with singing. But I guess it is the fact that I hadn't have a
break for so long that it is making me burnt out."

As BoA told us these, she secretly threw a glance to her colleagues(manager etc) at the side and gave them a small but bitter smile. Indeed, throughout these 7 years, she has been
shuffling back and forth between Japan and Korea without rest in her schedules and has used up 4 passports in the midst of her travelling. Perhaps it's because she is so busy, that she cannot seem to find the
motivation to drive her anymore. However, BoA has not lost her dreams all these while. It's a dream made she was 15 years old --
That she wants go abroad to America to study 10 years later, when she is 25 years old.

"There's still 4 more years to when I am 25 years old. Maybe I will really go abroad to study then. I want to study English and also take up ballet,
these are what I feel are important and essential to me. Besides, I can still do recordings even when I am studying."

Being an avid and inquisitive learner, BoA has mentioned during her teens years, that she would want to study Economics.

"Ah yes. But come to think of it, I would have been able to put in more time and effort then to study as compared to now."

It's not too late for BoA to study now though.

BoA's ability to express her views and understanding in what she does can be seen in her upcoming single 'Lose Your Mind', which is to be released in December.
This is the first time she is collaborating with a rock band member, Doping Panda's Yukata Furukawa and the rock style coupled with BoA's amazing dancing skills just adds more passion to the song itself.

By drinking more water, you are not only flushing out toxins, you are also teaching your body that it no longer needs to store water. Drink at least 60 ounces of water (about 8 glasses) a day. Boil water and sliced lemons, and drink this throughout the day to help with fluid retention. If you are still not sold on the merits of water, try this on for size: water is a natural appetite suppressant.

2. Soup up your weight loss program.
A simple dietary change will have you shedding pounds: eat a bowl of soup at least once a day. Nutritious, low-salt soups will nourish you as they flush waste from your body. People who eat a serving of soup daily lose more weight than those who eat the same amount of calories but don't eat soup. Go for homemade soup whenever possible, as canned soups are loaded with salt and chemicals.

Most of the fad diet programs out there nowadays are extreme in a few recommended foods, or else deprive the body of food altogether. 122007 Memorable Day

I'm so excited about this day because I was with Kuya John the whole day. Though there are some that happened, we still managed to fix it.

We're seven in all. Four guys and 3 girls. Haha! We ate our lunch by past 12 and swim again by 1:00pm. We had so much fun. We played er...tayaan at the pool. Of course I'm the taya because they said it should be the birthday girl hehe. By 4 in the afternoon, we fixed ourselvesand took some pictures. Finally, I got a solo picture with my crush! hahaha! The thing that I always wanted. Another thing, I didn't expect that he'll give me a gift. He gave me a Winnie the Pooh mug. I love Winnie the Pooh. Though when I first saw it, I remember Yunho because of Tigger. I thanked him again through text. Sa uulitin daw!

It's Junsu's birthday! But I wasn't able to watch the concert in Thailand. He's 20 already! But even though I didn't watch, I went to QC!

I was absent fro my computer class just to go there. Though I'm absent, it's worth.

By 3 am, we started to travel and we arrived by 7am. We need to reach Philippine Science High School by that time for my sister's exam. I really hope my sister will pass the exam so I can go to Trinoma anytime. hehe. Speaking of Trinoma, when I got in, I saw Comic Alley right away. At first, I wasn't able to go but finally I got in by 2:30. I told my mom that I'll look for a shoes but I'll not. hehe. So I got inside the store and I accidentally saw BoA's Outgrow album then her Best in Soul DVD! It was sale that time but I only bought Outgrow album. It was sale that time so I did not hesitate to buy the CD. It's only 550! A DVD was included inside. My mom scolded me at first but when she saw it, it's ok. I finally got a BoA album.

By 5 pm, me and my aunt went to SM Pampanga. Gala mode pa! I was disappointed to see SM because it's not as good as Trinoma.

G.O.D’s Park Joon-hyung cast in new Dragonball movie

Park Joon-hyung of G.O.D fame will be part of the big budget Hollywood adaption of the super popular Japanese based manga Dragonball.

“Joon Park”, as he is called in the U.S., will play bad boy Yamcha, a thief turned Z fighter. Also, Emmy Rossum recently signed up to play Bulma, a scientist and inventor whose father’s Dragon Ball is stolen by the villain, Piccolo. And Eriko Tamura, the popular Japanese actress who depicted Yaeko in popular TV series “Heroes”, will play the character of Mai.

The cast also includes Justin Chatwin, James Marsters and Jamie Chung.

Park Joon-hyung also has a part of the upcoming movie with fellow Korean singer, Rain, in Speed Racer (2008) where he plays a Yakuza driver. (see below)

Half pissed, half happy.

I went to school while eating... chocolate. hehe. Ate Jam sung "Happy Birthday" in Korean that I taught last night to her. What pissed me off is that our class "teacher" (he's not our teacher, really) blamed me for being noisy! That shit is a bitch. He'll never gain any respect from me. I played bowling with my friend. We had fun though my body aches and our wallet too! haha! I spent PhP200 for only bowling. But, BOWLING = ENJOYMENT.

Korean pop star BoA and the five-member all boy band TVXQ, also known as Tohoshinki, won Gold Artist awards at the ``2007 Best Hit Pop Song Festival'' in Japan. The two were given the Gold Artist award for top record sales during a ceremony that was aired Monday on Nihon Television.

Other winning artists include Japanese superstars Kumi Koda, Mika Nakashima and the group Winds.

For the 21-year-old BoA, this is the sixth consecutive win. For TVXQ, the award is their first win at the yearend music awards.

The five-member group comprising Xiah, Micky, Hero, Max, and U-Know has recently been aggressively promoting their music on the Asian market. They debuted in August and topped Japan's Oricon daily singles charts with their number ``Summer Dream.'' TVXQ has already released 12 singles ― most of which landed in the Oricon top 10 charts ― and two Japanese-language albums in the last two years. They have recently collaborated with Koda on the song ``Last Angel.''

The Best Hit Pop Song Festival recognizes the most popular Japanese songs and artists of the year, based on requests, record sales and karaoke rankings.

Yes, It's 5:30 in the afternoon when I got a moment with Kuya John. It tok us few minutes to talk and I really got KILIG! As in super kilig! I like his look today. He looks cleaner.

After my class, gosh! We'd finished early! It's only 11:30 in the morning when my C.I. ended our class. I don't wanna go home yet because I have nothing left to do at home. So we walked endlessly but while walking, we passed by some women. They're tourist. We thought they're from Europe but we actually don;t have any idea where they from. What's amazing is that they greeted us with a "Hello!" and a warm smile I think 3 out of 5 of them greeted us. (I forgot how many they were). (Boa’s POV)
We’ve finally arrived at the place of the case Yoochun is talking about. I wonder where is Yoochun. Ah! I saw him!

“Chunnie!” I shouted. He looked for the voice and found me.

“Boa! Hey Yunho!” he greeted. Yunho waved at him.

“So, what happened?” I asked.

“Well, they saw a woman lying on the bed sucked dry!” he said. This case is really interesting. I went inside the motel and as expected, people are looking at us.

“Ms. Kwon, you’re here!” one greeted me.

“Hi!” I replied.

“God morning, Ms. Kwon, Mr. Park.” The chief of police officer finally greeted us. We left Yunho outside since he’s not interested with this kind of work.

“Sir, what happened?” I asked.

“Well, the room boy entered this room since it’s not locked and saw this woman lying lifeless, in addition, bloodless. It seems impossible but it’s true.” He stated.

“May I see the body?” I requested.

“Sure Ms. Kwon.”

I enter the room and saw the woman still lying on the bed. It’s not actually gross to see her. But anyway, I remember that only vampires can suck a person dry. Meaning, they’re the only one who can make a person bloodless! I checked the body especially in her chest part and it has an unnoticeable bruise.

“Yoochun! Look at her left chest. There’s something I couldn’t explain!” I whisper at him. Then he take a look at the chest and agree with me.

“Ms. Kwon.” The police called me. “I think the time is over for now.” He added.

“Sure, sir. Thank you for letting us in. I hope you could inform us more about this.”

“No problem, miss.”

After that, we went back to our car and Yunho is waiting for me impatiently.

“Is there any progress?” he asked.

“None.” I replied then I waved goodbye to Yoochun.

(Third POV)
“That silly girl.” The police officer sighed.

“Jaejoong!! What had you done last night?” Ayumi shouted. “People may doubt about out existence!” she added.

“That’s impossible No one will doubt. They don’t believe in vampires, honey.” He replied with a smirk. He kissed Ayumi and held her breast with a grip that made Ayumi on.

“B-Boa?” Jaejoong suddenly uttered.

“Jaejoong? Who’s Boa?”

“Don’t dare to shout at me! Get out!” he shouted at her and Ayumi left right away before he can slap her.

“Boa, who is she? I don’t even know her. Is she the one for me? I wonder how she looks like.” Jaejoong said to himself and kept wondering who Boa is.

“Boa? Jaejoong? Who’s Jaejoong? Are you cheating on me?” Yunho said in a higher tone.

“Huh? No, I’m not cheating Yunho.” Boa was surprised with Yunho’s reaction.

“Then, who’s Jaejoong” he asked.

“I- I don’t know.”

“But you uttered his name!”

“Yunho.. I.. I..”

“See, you don’t know what to say!” Yunho left her angry. Then she remember Jaejoong. But she can’t understand why she uttered his name.

“I want blood. Fresh blood.” Jaejoong demanded. A slave entered his room with a glass of human blood.

“I don’t want this. Get out of my sight! Don’t tell Ayumi that I’m gong out or you’ll be dead.” he said then he threw the blood to the slave’s face.

“I’m sorry, master. Yes, master. I’ll do it.” The slave stated and left the room immediately.

It’s almost midnight when Jaejoong went out to look for his first prey of the night. After a few minutes, he finally found one. He was about to walk near the girl when she walked near him.

“So fast. This is good.” He thought to himself with a smirk. The girl approached him.

“Want someone to talk? What’s your name?” she said while chewing a gum.
“Sure, wanna go with me? Jaejoong invited.

“Of course.” The girl agreed. The girl is a slut looking for money. Jaejoong doesn’t care about it. What’s important to him is to suck fresh blood.

They entered a motel and Jaejoong paid the room. The girl started the first move. She stripped her clothes in front of him that made him excited.

“Let me do the work.” She whispered.

“I like it.” He replied in a mocking way and he smirked. The girl kissed her and stripped Jaejoong. He began to massage his breast making it hard and erect. Slowly, Jaejoong licked her neck.

“Aaaahh..” she moaned. He went on top of her and sucked her breast up and down making it really hard. The she whispered,

“Fuck me now..”

“You wish.” He whispered back. Jaejoong secretly showed his fangs and licked her left chest. He then plunged his fangs and sucked her blood. The girl kept moaning not knowing what’s happening to her.

“Aahh.” She moans until she go weak and finally realized the blood flowing on her body.

“You like it, honey?” Jaejoong mocked showing to her his fangs.

“What the…” the girl is about to scream when Jaejoong stuffed the pillow case on her mouth and continued sucking her blood until she got dry from blood. Afterwards, he licked the hole to heal so there’ll be no evidence that can be trace. He cleaned his body and went out of the motel.

The next morning, Yoochun informed Boa that a woman was found dead in addition, it seems that there’s no blood.

“Is that true, Chunnie?” she asked in surprise.

“Of course! Get ready, I’ll fetch you!”

“Umm.. Chunnie, I’m with Yunho right now. I’ll just see you there.”

“Sure Boa. See you later.”

Yoochun always got sad everytime he’ll hear Yunho’s name. Meanwhile the couple is fighting.

“Boa, when will you stop this craziness?”

“Yunho, are we going to fight with this again?”

“I’m just concern.”

“Concern? Yeas, I’m crazy. You can leave this crazy girl if you’re concern I can go on my own.”

“But, Boa?!”

“What?!”

CHAPTER 1: WOKE UP FROM DARKNESS

Sounds can be heard in a room that disturbed its silence. The most powerful vampire had awaken already. Kim Jaejoong, the master of all the master. He has the richness everyone wanted to have.

Jaejoong opened his deep black eyes and got out of his coffin. He observed the room he is in. Darkness covered the room. It has a dark maroon curtain and with its thickness, no light can reach the room.

“Darkness. It’s all that I need.” He thought to himself. He had a grin on his face. Suddenly, someone opened the door. It’s Ayumi. A vampire. His cousin that he owned only because of her body.

“Jaejoong!” she called. “It’s been so long! I missed you so much! Look, I always ask the servants to clean your room.” She added. She kissed him and hardly and grabbed his hands to let her breast touched by his hands. He responded with what Ayumi wants. He massaged his breast in circular motion that made it hard and let Ayumi moan in pleasure. He kissed her from her lips then to her neck. But then, he stopped.

“What’s the matter, Jae?”

“Nothing.” He replied.

“Don’t lie to me Jae. I can read your face.”

“Ok, ok. You know what, I’m tired with you. I don’t want you anymore. I want new. Understand?” He said coldly.

“What!? After all that I did to you?” she shouted making her really angry.

Yes, that’s all you want right. To have sex with me. I did it before already. Burt don’t worry, you can still stay here.”

She slapped him and went out of his room.

“Yoochun!” I shouted at his home. Yoochun is my bestfriend.

Finally, he’s out. As what I said, Yoochun is my best friend. We’re friends since we were a child. Our parents used to tease us before. Speaking about my parents, I am an only child and sadly, my mom died when she’s giving birth. My dad loves me so much. I an tell it. He’ll not leave the house without saying “I love you” to me. Anyway, I’m Kwon Boa. Yes, from the Kwon family. One of the richest family in Seoul. We own few telecommunication company, has a stock from no more than ten companies and owns five of the most popular museums in Seoul and Gwangju.

“Madame!” I’m sorry, I’m late!” Yoochun said.

“Yah! Who told you to call me madame?”

“Just Kidding!”

“You’ll be a dead meat later!” Me and Yoohun are like siblings. No doubt that we’re really close.

“So, where are we going?” he asked.

“At the library! My research is about… vampire!” I said. I am interested with vampires. I want to know if they’re real or not.

“Yeah, vampires. Can I suck you?” Yoochun loves to joke around. And it’s fine with me.

“Suck me! You’ll really be dead later.” I replied to him. Afterwards, we both laugh. We finally reach the library. Everyone is looking at us. But it’s fine with me. I don’t think if it’s fine with Yoochun.

I really can’t understand Boa. She loves adventurous works. Just like this, vampires. Good thing our dads allowed us. Anyway, I’m Park Yoochun. I love Boa so much. More than as a friend. But I’m afraid that it’ll ruin our friendship. We’re actually the talk of the town. They thought that she’s my girlfriend. Well, I’ll be glad if that will happen someday. It was also spread in the internet.

My family owns the Park Enterprise and one of the owners of the Seoul Group of Company where both my family and the Kwon own. Yeah, a rich kid but not a spoiled one. My mom taught me to have a low profile in the society.

“Yoochun!” she called.

“Hey, Chunnie!! Look at this! Kim Jaejoong. I didn’t know that Koreans have “vampires” also. This is so interesting.” She said and patted my back.

“Kim Jaejoong. This is really interesting. I’ll join you with this.” I said. I never knew this is so interesting.

“Thanks Chunnie!! That’s why I love you, you know that?! With what she had said, I suddenly blushed. Of course I know that she loves me.

TVXQ came to Taiwan to push the sales of their concert tickets. Junsu's father, Kim Jin Suk owned a pizzeria in Korea. As a filial son, he did not forget to advertise on behalf of his father. "My dad makes very delicious pizza, everyone must patronize it!" he said.

Junsu, who is twenty-year-old this year received training with SN Entertainment at the age of ten and debuted with TVXQ three years ago. Changmin: I was really nervous today… I am the first member in Tohoshinki to have a solo photoshoot with a girl. That’s why all the members were showing their disapproval towards me yesterday. “I’m so envious!” “Why is it only you!?” They said such things. (Laugh)

Nozomi: Recently I was really looking forward to seeing Tohoshinki’s Live at the Tokyo Girl’s Collection but I was in the middle of make up and couldn’t see it. But today’s photoshoot was so embarrassing I kept thinking “Ah, What to do?” Especially when we had to exchange glances and that ice cream scene!! Nozomi: Ah! Are you by any chance the type that always butters up to /fawn upon/flatters girls? [ie. Act cute/sweet]

Changmin: My character is sort of stiff. (Laugh) I can’t really but I want to, to my girlfriend so I’ll give it my all. But since I was small I’ve never really kissed up to anyone, even my parents so I can’t do it well. I can explain things through words but I’m weak at expressing myself through actions. That’s why in today’s photoshoot I became all stiff.

Nozomi: Me too. (Laugh) By the way, you requested for “preppy” styled clothing, why is that?

Changmin: I used the protagonist of the movie “Devil wears Prada” as my image and somehow just wrote that down. I think it really suits you and it looks cute. Since its winter, I’d be happiest if she was dressed warmly. If she seems cold, naturally I’d lend her my coat.

Nozomi: So wonderful ♥♥… I heard that couples in Korea really cherish anniversaries. Is this true?

Changmin: On the 100th day or like 200th day, couples would exchange gifts and or go on trips together. For those males who have a lot of courage, they would go to places with lots of people, for example if it was in Japan places such as Shibuya and Harajuku. They would take their girlfriend there and shout out in front of everyone “I would like to introduce my girlfriend to you all! I love my girlfriend very much!” They would endure the embarrassment to show their girlfriends, just how much she means to him. I haven’t done it before but I’d like to try.
This is something I was surprised to hear that doesn’t really happen in Japan, couple look. Couple look is very common in Korea. I also haven’t done it before but I’d like to try. There’s so much I want to try. (Laugh)

Nozomi: On Christmas what would you like your girlfriend to do for you? Please tell us.

Changmin: Just being with her is good enough. If I really like her then it doesn’t matter what she wears or what make up she has on she’d be sparkling in my eyes.

The staff became embarrassed watching the photoshoot of these two shy people who were embarrassed and didn’t want to approach each other. We ran out of time so they didn’t even get to ride on the most essential, Ferris wheel! Changmin’s poems that were overflowing with kindness were very impressive.

In a rather random poll conducted by JukeOn, BoA has topped the list of artists who are likely to take best pictures for their own album covers. More than two thousand Koreans participated in the poll, out of which BoA has received 882 votes, or 38% of the total votes.

In the comments section, many people attributed BoA's interest in photography as the rationale behind choosing BoA. The advertisement campaign for Olympus, which used to feature BoA, might also have helped BoA top the poll.

Coming in second place was Ppaekga of Koyote, followed by Na-Eol of Brown Eyes, Park Ji-Yoon and Seong Si-Kyeong. These artists are all known for their passion for photography, and Nae-Eol and Park Ji-Yoon, in particular, have further pursued their interests by hosting their own photo exhibitions.

Yes, this poll is random and pointless, and will not certainly make this world a better place or stop the genocide in Darfur. But hey, at least this is not as bad as the infamous "which artist will you save when Japan sinks underwater?" poll, which BoA also topped.

Dynamic Duo, "I thought Micky Yoochun was Micky Yoochung..."

Hip hop group Dynamic Duo went on 'Doogeun Doogeun Live Chatting' on the 13th. Here, they revealed about the time when DBSK member Yoochun asked them for an autograph. The picture of Yoochun getting an autograph gained a lot of attention on the internet.

"The picture should be reversed. It's an unfortunate situation." said Geko and laughed.

BASCO, Batanes, Philippines -“He’s very Filipino,” Iza Calzado describes co-star Ken Zhu of F4 fame. “He’s having so much fun here.”

The Taiwanese singer-actor was in the northernmost Philippine island-province for 10 days for the shoot of the romance drama “Batanes,” directed by Adolf Alix Jr. and Dave Hukom for Ignite Media. Ken is set to come back on the third week of November for the movie’s opening.

“He loves joking around and singing standards by Frank Sinatra. Pinoy na Pinoy,” Iza tells Inquirer Entertainment on the movie’s set on White Beach, Batanes, on Tuesday.

Co-star Glaiza de Castro agrees: “He’s cool. I only used to watch him on ‘Meteor Garden,’ but now I got to act with him. I never imagined he’s that approachable.”

Another co-actor, Coco Martin, relates that Ken “bonded” with the Filipino cast and crew. “At first he was shy. But soon enough, he started jamming, eating and chatting with us.”

Ken is no stranger to the country. It’s his fourth trip to the Philippines, but his first to Batanes—which is nearer to Taiwan than to Manila, he points out.

“My first trip abroad was to Manila. I was only 7 then,” Ken looks back. “I loved this dessert called halo-halo. Everywhere I looked there were guitars.”

The Filipinos’ innate warmth and musicality impressed him.

Associate director Armando A. Reyes recalls that Ken, Iza, Glaiza and Bembol Roco sang “Do Re Mi” from “The Sound of Music” on the set one slow day.

There was a light and jovial mood on this set.

Direk Arman and co-star Sid Lucero’s jokes broke the ice with Ken, Iza reminisces.

“Like me, Ken was also feeling his way through at first. He was tired when he got here because he came from Spain where he had topped a tai chi competition.”

Ken taught Iza a few tai chi moves because, Ken explains, the skill helps him in “communicating” with his fellow actors. “It also keeps me healthy and gets rid of stress. It calms me down after a highly emotional scene.”

Apart from singing and tai chi, the talented Ken is also a whiz in the kitchen. He wrote a cookbook entitled “Delicious Relationships” and conducts culinary workshops for his fans.

He tells Inquirer Entertainment that he intends to cook for the crew. “It’s a simple family recipe made of eggs and tomatoes.”

The actor/singer/tai chi champ/ cook is also a reflexologist.

“On the first day, after noticing that I sprained my left foot, he massaged it,” Adolf notes.

“Although he’s an Asian superstar, he’s down-to-earth,” Iza says.

“He went motorbiking on his own on his first day,” Adolf recounts.

“When I got here, I was pale. I wanted to get a tan,” Ken says.

Adolf relates: “The locals know him, but they didn’t mob or bother him. He experienced freedom here.”

Ken has fallen in love with Batanes and its people so much that he is planning to buy a piece of property here. “I love this place. It’s paradise. I’ve never seen an island as beautiful as this. Very promising.”

He is raring to come back and work in the Philippines again.

He says that, in spite of the hectic working schedule, the Filipinos “are the most heartwarming crew I’ve met. They’re like family to me now.”

Yesterday the media reported that the Fifth Annual South Eastern Explosive Music Charts Awards has officially sent out invitations to Korea's SUPER JUNIOR and SHINHWA, inviting these all-boy groups to come to Fuzhou on November 10 to receive the "Most Favorite Overseas Group," and other similar awards.

Shinhwa debuted in 1998, incorporating hip-hop and romantic R&B in their music makes them become one of Korea's topmost boy band. Although recently some of the members have pursued on their own very successful solo careers, every year the six of Shinhwa will save some time to come together and will use the name "Shinhwa" to start on group activities. They are Korea's only boy band that did not change members or disbanded within the last 10 years.

On December 15 of this year, Shinhwa as a group will arrive to Shanghai and hold their own concert. According to several reports, this isn't only a 10 year anniversary for Shinhwa, it is also their last concert in China before they are to enter the army. After this they will temporarily leave the fans and will spend two years in the army. It will be in another 3-4 years before Shinhwa's fans can see them again.

Undergraduate Student Hacked Into BoA’s Personal Life
